TL Property Consultants International Ltd., (the“TLP”) was founded by Dr. Tony K.T. Leung in Hong Kong in 1994. TLP provides a wide scope of services in Hong Kong, South East Asian, North America and People’s Republic of China (the "PRC") including development consultancy, project management, property management, hotel management, town planning and design, real estate agency & brokerage, property valuation, land exchange/lease modification and investment consultancy. In view of the booming real estate market situation at that particular time, TLP then set up TL Architects and Engineers Ltd., and TL Construction and Engineering Ltd and in 1995. In 1996, TLP acquired L&D Associates, one of the largest real estate agency firms in Hong Kong.
In 2003, TLP decided to expand into the PRC and established TL Property Consultants (Shanghai) Ltd., Shanghai TL Hotel Management Ltd., and Shanghai TL Property Management Ltd., specializing in property and hotel management. With our expertise and continuous development, TLP acquired equity interest in Parkland Property Management Ltd., in 2011. Since then, more than 800 professionals manage approximately 100 properties both in Hong Kong and the PRC.
TLP remains keen to its objective of maintaining growth and capitalizing on market share opportunity in the residential, industrial and commercial sector. It aims to deliver to our client quality services with deep understanding to enhance a long term relationship. On the other hand, it strives to attract outstanding talents with extensive training to excel individual’s growth.
