 Miss Sandy Xu Lin joined TLP Group in 2005 and is now Marketing Manager mainly responsible for business development, property acquisition and sale/leasing of office building, shopping centre, service apartment etc. From 2008 to 2009, she obtained certificates for Shanghai Real Estate Agent and National Real Estate Agent and is now a National Registered Real Estate Agent. She had involved in leasing of the Office/Service Apartment Tower of Gateway International Plaza, Xuhui District and ASA Building, JingAn District. Prior joining TLP Group, she had worked in Yuanfu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. for the first-hand sale, thus accumulating extensive experience in market survey and sale/leasing of real estate. Furthermore, she also worked as a sales officer in Jianguo Hotel, a four-star hotel in Shanghai.
