 Mr. Jack Hu joined TLP Group in 2007, and is now Manager, Property Management Department. With 11 years of experience in property management, he is familiar with processes of property management such as bidding for property management contracts, taking-over properties, testing and commissioning of all equipments, operation control, value-added services and processing ISO Certification etc. Prior to joining TLP Group, he worked in a senior position in Shanghai Lingjian Property Management Co. Ltd., Harbin Lingjian Property Management Co., Ltd., Savills Property Management(Shanghai) Ltd. and HK Crystal Group-Good Harvest (Shanghai) Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. He had participated in various sizable projects such as Harbin Aijian Riverside International Community (Jinyuan, Runyuan and Yibai Serviced Apartment won the award of “Municipal-level Show Residence”), Harbin Municipal Government Official Residence Building (also awarded as “Municipal-level Show Residence”), Harbin Municipal Government Building (awarded as “State-level Show Building” by State Ministry of Construction).
